AmanaTech serves customers locally in Michigan (including onsite appointments where available) and internationally through remote services. Delivery times, appointment windows, and communication may vary by time zone.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in checkout or quote details, pricing is listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Any exchange rates, transfer fees, or taxes charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
AmanaTech uses flat, publicly listed prices with clearly defined deliverables. Refund eligibility depends on the offer type, as described below.
Digital kits and guidebooks are delivered instantly after verified payment. Because the full content is accessible immediately upon download, no refund is issued after the file has been accessed or downloaded. If delivery fails (access page does not load or file link does not work), contact us within 7 days for free re-delivery. We will verify your purchase before re-sending.
Courses include a 14-day money-back window from the date of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 30% of the course content. No refund after 14 days or after passing the 30% content threshold. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details to request a refund.
Bundles are evaluated per component: if one included course has been accessed beyond 30%, only the unaccessed portion qualifies for a pro-rated refund. Contact us for bundle-specific cases.
Multi-session packs (5-session and 10-session) are refunded on a pro-rated basis: unused sessions are refunded at the per-session rate listed at purchase. A session is considered used once its scheduled time has started. No refund for a single completed session.
To request a refund: Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference, product name, purchase date, and reason. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
We use reasonable care when delivering services, but technology issues can be unpredictable. To the extent permitted by law, Amana Technologies LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any remote session.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and both parties consent to that venue and jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
All free tools, scripts, and downloadable files are provided at no charge and without any warranty. We cannot guarantee they will work on every computer or system. No refunds apply to free items. Always test scripts on a non-critical computer before running them on your main machine.
