Third-Party Services

Our contact and support forms are processed through Supabase (database + API infrastructure). We use this data only for service delivery, customer support, and quality operations. We do not sell your personal data.

Order Support & Payment-Related Data

If you submit a request through our Order Support page, we may collect purchase-related details such as product name, purchase date, receipt email, and issue description. We use this data only to verify purchases, recover delivery access, and provide post-sale support.

We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under Stripe's own security and privacy standards.

Remote Support Sessions

When you book remote tech support, we may access your screen via screen-sharing software. You control what we see and can stop sharing at any time. We do not record sessions unless you explicitly consent. After your session ends, we delete all temporary access.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, performance, and usage trends). This helps us improve content and site speed. We may also use basic functional cookies to support analytics and user experience.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Some site functions may work differently if cookies are disabled.

International Data Transfers

Because we serve local and international customers, your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for 12 months unless you request deletion earlier. Support session notes are kept for 24 months for quality and reference purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our services may be used by students and families, but we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 without parent or guardian involvement. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review and delete it when required.
