• Contact Information: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message.
• Optional analytics: If you accept analytics, we record page, shop, and checkout-link events with page/referrer paths, campaign parameters, and link details. A random browser-local session identifier is stored for those events.
• Browser storage: We use local storage to remember your analytics choice and, after consent, an analytics session identifier. Protected downloads use an HTTP-only access cookie.

Third-Party Services

When configured, our site uses Supabase to process account, order-support, contact, and consented site-event data. We use submitted information to respond to requests, verify orders, provide support, and operate the site. We do not sell your personal data.

Order Support & Payment-Related Data

If you submit a request through our Order Support page, we may collect purchase-related details such as product name, purchase date, receipt email, and issue description. We use this data only to verify purchases, recover delivery access, and provide post-sale support.

We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under Stripe's own security and privacy standards.

Remote Support Sessions

Remote support may use screen-sharing software. Before you authorize a connection, we will identify the tool and expected access. You can end sharing at any time. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes. Recording and any access retained after a session depend on the tool and service agreed; confirm those details before work begins.

Cookies & Analytics

Optional analytics load only after you accept. This includes Vercel Analytics and first-party events for page views, shop views, and checkout-link clicks. Those events can include a browser-local session identifier, page/referrer paths, campaign parameters, and the clicked link and label. We do not send these events when analytics is declined.

Your analytics choice is stored in browser local storage. You can change it with Cookie Preferences or clear it in your browser settings. Blocking the protected-download access cookie prevents file delivery.

International Data Transfers

If you contact us or use a service from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Review the provider terms and contact us with questions before submitting information.

Data Security

We use standard security practices to protect your information. That said, no internet connection is completely risk-free. We do our best, but cannot make absolute guarantees about online security.
