Purpose:
Use this playbook for common Windows issues before paying for live repair.

Rule 1:
Do not run every script at once. Match the fix to the problem.

Problem flows:
1. Internet issues
- Restart modem and router.
- Run network-reset.bat.
- Reconnect and test browser.

2. Update problems
- Free storage space.
- Run windows-update-cleaner.bat.
- Reboot and retry updates.

3. Risky system changes
- Run registry-backup.bat before advanced changes.
- Only proceed if you understand the step.

4. General slowdown
- Use the PC Speed Rescue Kit first if slow performance is the main issue.

Escalate immediately if:
- Windows will not boot.
- Blue screens are frequent.
- You suspect drive failure.
- You are worried about data loss.

Best practice:
Write down what changed before the problem started. That often cuts troubleshooting time in half.
