AMANATECH PC SPEED RESCUE KIT

Purpose:
Use this kit when a Windows PC feels slow, cluttered, or overloaded.

Step 1: Prepare
- Save your current work.
- Restart the PC once before doing anything else.
- If the system is extremely unstable, skip scripts and contact support.

Step 2: Run the included tools in this order
1. pc-speedup.bat
2. startup-cleanup.bat
3. pc-maintenance-checklist.txt

Step 3: Check these high-impact areas
- Startup apps: disable only non-essential apps.
- Storage: keep at least 15 percent free space.
- Browser tabs: reduce heavy tab usage.
- Updates: finish pending Windows and driver updates.

Step 4: Recovery test
- Restart again.
- Open browser, File Explorer, and one office app.
- Compare speed to before cleanup.

Stop and ask for help if:
- The PC freezes during startup.
- You hear unusual drive noises.
- Apps crash repeatedly after cleanup.
